Arrival in Japan
       
Please contact us by email first. Please include your name or company name (including the name of person in charge), contact information, etc.
Please let us know as much detail as possible about plans for the trip to Japan, such as the planned dates (details of flights etc. if they have been decided), the number of travelers and their gender (including their ages if children are accompanying you), the purpose of the trip, places you would like to visit and experience, accommodation, transportation etc.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

* Note: We do not have a form-based inquiry form. This is not only to reduce security risks, but also because we believe that by directly responding to the requests and questions of clients considering traveling to Japan, we can communicate more directly. Please feel free to contact us in your preferred format by email. (However, we will not respond to inquiries that are defamatory or that we deem offensive or annoying according to social conventions.)

Please send us enquiries at least three months before planned trip to Japan unless there are special circumstances.
Because we'd like to see the clients' smiles, so we want to carefully plan an itinerary that will satisfy them.
  TRAVELMART® will send you a Response Letter by email within 7 days (excluding weekends and holidays) based on the information you have provided.
Please review the response from us and let us know by due date. (Please also let us know if there are any corrections or changes that need to be made.)
Correspondence between the client and us will be continued until the client is satisfied.












  After consultation with the people around you and deciding on a plan that satisfies you, and agreeing to the contents, TRAVELMART® will send you a confirmation and invoice. (Policies regarding Cancellations, Deposits, Payments, etc. vary depending on the details of arrangement. They will be explained in the confirmation.)
So please pay by the due date by bank transfer, or VISA or Master credit card. (At this point, the travel contract is concluded.)













  Travelers depart for Japan. TRAVELMART® will pick them up at arrival airport in Japan.
