Aomori Ken("Ken" in Japanese means prefecture) is the northernmost
prefecture on the Honsyu(main island) of Japan, bordered on three sides
by the Pacific Ocean to the east, the Sea of Japan to the west, and the
Tsugaru Strait to the north.
Aomori Ken is one of the leading agricultural producing prefectures in
Japan, and also boasts one of the highest catch volumes in the fishing
industry. |
